Lots of progress in the past couple of days! I got to a stopping spot with my half-orc D&D character, Nux, and I’m really happy with how she looks. Using textured brushes is still a little new to me, but I think they help add a little extra visual interest that makes the finished product … More Finished illustration and Krampus prints
Finally got the last of my Inktober drawings done! I’m really proud of them, even though I did end up taking longer than a month to finish the challenge. Working traditionally was a really nice change, though, and I got to add a lot of cool new pieces to my portfolio!
I managed to get through a few more Inktober drawings this week! I’m really pleased with this batch. Last few drawings should be done next week sometime, as long as I’m feeling better by then!
I felt a little under the weather this past weekend, which was really unfortunate since I had a lot of projects I’d planned to work on. But, after an especially exciting session of Dungeons and Dragons Sunday night, I was inspired to draw a mimic treasure chest for Inktober, and do some more painting on my half-orc … More Inktober and progress on an old project
As some of my followers may have noticed, I’ve been doing a lot of work on the visual aspects of my blog over the past couple of days! Everything is in roughly the same place, but with a new theme and color scheme, I’m hoping everything looks a little nicer, is easier to navigate, and is … More New blog layout
I’d almost forgotten I’d taken these until I started scrolling through my photos the other day! I got some really nice photos of the sunset that Jesse and I saw while we were on a walk around the neighborhood last week. The weather was beautiful and mild, and the clouds reminded me of something out of an … More Photos from an evening walk

With Krampusnacht less than a month away, what better way to get into the holiday spirit than with a newly-finished illustration? I’m really happy with how this piece turned out! I’m looking forward to submitting it to the Krampus art show, but until I find out whether or not my work is accepted, you can check out this design on Society6! … More A Very Merry Krampus
I’m really excited this week, because I have a handful of really cool projects either in the works or coming up soon. November is looking like it’ll be a pretty busy month, especially since I ambitiously decided to crochet some of the Christmas presents this year… but more on that in a couple of weeks. First … More New projects and lots of drawing!
So, October turned out to be a pretty turbulent month for me… I didn’t get to finish all of the projects I was working on (thanks in no small part to my sewing machine conking out on me at 3am on Halloween morning), but I did get my costume to a point where I felt it … More Post-Halloween update with costumes, autumn photography, and more
